Hello, my name is Luther Romantay Vinson. My friends call me Luke and my artist tag is ArtbyLukeRomantay.  I'm from Panama City, FL. and have been living in Houston, TX. since 2014. I have always been into all kinds of artistic expression but refused to share my talents due to fear of not being good enough. Those days are over after working almost 30 years in manufacturing.
